Getting there and back
Scheduled shuttle service
A shuttle bus will take guests from their assigned accommodation to the celebrations and back, at scheduled times. Pickup points and the timetable will be shared before the wedding.

A few things you might like to know before joining us.
When and where are the celebrations?
We will celebrate together from 30 June to 2 July 2027 in Penafiel, near Porto. The welcome evening and farewell brunch will be at Olyva, beside Quinta da Eira. Our wedding day, on 1 July, will take place at Quinta da Eira.
How will our accommodation be arranged?
We will organise the accommodation and room allocation for our guests. We will share the details of your stay with you individually.
Will there be transport from our accommodation?
Yes. A shuttle bus will take guests from their assigned accommodation to the celebrations and back, at scheduled times. We will share pickup points and the timetable before the wedding.
What time does the ceremony begin?
The woodland ceremony is currently planned for 17:00 on Thursday, 1 July 2027. All times on this website are local Portuguese time. Our three-day programme is preliminary and will be updated as the plans are finalised.
Will the ceremony be outdoors? What should we wear?
We are planning an outdoor ceremony in the woods. Please keep the natural setting in mind when choosing footwear. Dress guidance and any weather updates will be shared as we get closer to the wedding.
Can we let you know which days we will attend?
Yes. Please indicate separately whether you can join the welcome evening, wedding day and farewell brunch when you RSVP. The response deadline will be confirmed with our invitation.
How do we share dietary requirements or allergies?
Please include your dietary requirements and allergies when you RSVP, so we can take them into account as we plan the meals.
What are the on-site check-in and check-out times?
The preliminary programme lists on-site check-in from 16:00 on 30 June and check-out by 12:00 on 2 July. These times apply to the on-site accommodation. Times for your assigned accommodation will be shared with your individual stay details.
